{please bear with me, this is my first ever tutorial!}
i keep my ribbons on cards in a drawer but i keep all the spools. i can't throw them out because i know i just might need them for something...and this is something i came up with today!
i absolutely love these and they were so easy to do. if you click on the picture, it'll take you to my Flickr page and you'll get a step-by-step tutorial on how to make your own ribbon spool birds nest.

tomorrow i'm going to take a bigger spool and some flowers and frame a little ballerina. it looks great in my head but we'll see how it looks when i'm done.
