A board I follow on Pinterest recently pinned this ATC by Dianne Zweig. (Photo is hers!) 

I have a birthday tag swap coming up where everyone will be getting a tag book, so I took inspiration from the Bingo Bird ATC for my tags: 

Cover is just thin chipboard covered with paper that I toned down with gesso then stenciled with beige dots. Each book has the dates of each person's birthday on the front. 

I love how my tags came out! I used a numbers stencil for the background then a date stamp to add the individual dates to each. Birds are printed on cardstock and the party hats are just paper covered chipboard. Some of them have eyelets, some have pearls/rhinestones, and some just have brads.  And no, the bingo tile is not indicative of age!
